We provide all cleaning equipment’s and products for all of our services (except for general cleaning).
We do not supply any cleaning equipment or products for general cleaning.
You can cancel your cleaning appointment before 73 hours with no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours, €50 cancellation fee will be charged for deep cleaning and €30 for general cleaning appointments.
We charge €20 transport fee for areas more than 15km from Cork City and €40 for locations more than 40km from Cork City.
Booking for all general cleaning services is done on our online page.
All booking for deep cleaning and other services are made by phone or email.
When booking online, we will need your details like name, email address, payment (for general cleaning) and deposit for deep cleaning& other services.
Deep cleaning is done by two cleaners or more.
All cupboards and shelves should be empty before the cleaning commences.
The fridge must be switched off at least 6 hours before the cleaning.
The owner must make sure there is a supply of hot water.
Unframed pictures on the walls will not be cleaned.
If you are not happy with the service please notify us within 24 hours andwe will check the problem and do our best to fix it.
We don’t offer any refunds unless the job is cancelled 72 hours before cleaning appointment.
